Thirty days, four phasesI  II  III  IV
Before Day 1

The foundations, in six short reads.

The big picture you come back to all month: how to think about the business, the gear you need, who edits your photos and what to charge.

Think like a business owner

You're not just taking pictures; you're running a professional marketing service for real estate agents.

The lean gear setup

You don't need expensive equipment to start, just a few tools that let you shoot sharp, wide, bracketed photos.

Your next day delivery system

Outsource your editing so your time goes to shooting and finding clients, with finished photos back fast.

Launch pricing and delivery

Start with simple introductory prices to win your first yes, then move to standard pricing after 3 to 5 shoots.

Building confidence

A few low pressure practice shoots let you make your mistakes before anyone is watching.

The real estate lifecycle

Every client you book moves through the same six stages, from first message to repeat booking.

What you need

A lean kit, and about an hour a day.

A camera that brackets

Any modern camera with interchangeable lenses and auto exposure bracketing.

An ultra wide lens

16mm on full frame, or 10 to 14mm on a crop sensor. An 18mm works to start.

A sturdy tripod

Sharp, aligned brackets need a camera that does not move. Spare batteries and cards too.

A pro editing team

You shoot, they edit, and photos usually come back by the next morning. Day 5 walks you through choosing one.

Two or three homes to practice in

Yours, a friend's or family's. That is where your first portfolio comes from.

Your phone

Lessons, scripts and cheat sheets all work on your phone, on site.

Never alone on a shoot.

Stuck at a house? Post a photo in “Emergency: I’m on a shoot” and get help from coaches and members while you are still there. Founding members get the app first.

An early design of the app: a member posts a photo from a living room with blown out windows in the Emergency: I’m on a shoot channel, and a coach replies with the fix.

Questions

About the track

Is it video or reading?

Each day is a short written lesson built for your phone, with scripts, checklists and tables you use on the spot. Founding members also get about five hours of recorded coaching sessions with real students.

Can I go faster or slower?

Yes. Every lesson is open from the start, and your progress saves as you go. Thirty days is a pace that fits around a job.

Do I get the PDF too?

Yes. The Launch Track PDF and the field cheat sheets are in your account to download and keep.

What happens after Day 30?

You keep the track for good. Next, the Saturday classes pick up: Acquisition to fill the calendar, then Revenue Multiplier and Scaling as the business grows.
