This page explains what we collect when you use FRAMElogic.academy and what we do with it. FRAMElogic Academy is run by FRAMElogic LLC in Minnesota.
The short version
- We collect what we need to sell you the course, run your account and your classes, and answer your messages.
- Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.
- We never sell your personal data, and the site has no advertising or tracking cookies.
- A few companies help us run the academy, and each one handles only what its job needs.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, and we reply within 45 days.
Who we are
- FRAMElogic LLC ("FRAMElogic," "we," "us") runs FRAMElogic Academy from 9 Park Drive East, Circle Pines, Minnesota 55014.
- This page covers FRAMElogic.academy, its members area and checkout, the live classes and the emails we send about them.
- Stripe's payment page, Apple Pay, Google Pay, the online classroom, the Facebook group and the video sites or shared folders our links open are run by other companies, and their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email and a scrambled version of your password (we never see or store the password itself).
- Your purchases: what you bought, when and the amount. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.
- Checkouts you do not finish: when you start a checkout, we save your name, your email and what you chose, so we can finish your purchase when you pay and hold any class seat or founding spot for you meanwhile. If you do not finish, we keep that for 90 days and then delete it.
- One tap payments: when you pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay, Stripe processes the payment, and Apple or Google share the name and email needed to set up your account.
- Your progress: lessons you finish, checklists you tick, quiz scores and the classes you book.
- Your class bookings: the classes and dates you book, the seat moves you make and whether you attended.
- Shop downloads: when you download a file from a shop product, we record that you downloaded it and when. We use it to show you what you have downloaded and to apply our refund policy.
- Messages and sign ups: what you send through our contact form, your first name and email if you open Day 1 free, and your email if you ask to hear about new shop products.
- Password link requests: if you ask for a password link on the sign in page at a time when we cannot email it to you right away, we save your request, with your name and email, as a message to us, so we can send you the link ourselves.
- Saved spots: if you ask us to save your spot or to tell you when something opens, your name, your email and what you were interested in.
- Account activity: a short record of things like seat moves, password changes and payments, so we can help if something goes wrong.
- Basic security data: short counts of recent tries, such as sign in attempts, used only to stop spam and abuse. Most are kept under a scrambled version of your network address or your email address, which is not stored as the address itself and is not linked to your name. Two are kept under your account number while you are signed in: password changes and shop downloads. When you start a checkout for a class seat or a founding spot, we also keep the scrambled version of your network address with that checkout, so one connection cannot hold every seat at once.
How we use it
- To give you what you bought: your account, your lessons, your classes and your library.
- To book your classes, send your calendar file and show your classroom link.
- To send receipts, password links and messages about your purchases and classes.
- To answer your messages.
- To apply our refund policy and to stop spam, abuse and fraud.
- To send the short emails you asked for, which you can stop any time.
- To improve the course and the site.
- To share a student's result or words on our site, only with that student's permission.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.
Cookies
We use a few small cookies of our own, and no advertising or tracking cookies.
- Sign in: keeps you signed in for up to 90 days, or until you sign out.
- Signed in hint: a small cookie that only tells the site's pages you are signed in. It holds nothing else and ends with your sign in.
- Checkout: set when you start a checkout, whichever way you pay, and kept for two hours. If you are new to the academy, it lets you set your password right after paying, in the browser you paid from.
- Stripe's fraud prevention cookies: when a page loads Stripe's payment script, for example to show the Apple Pay and Google Pay buttons, Stripe may set its own cookies to spot fraud and keep payments safe. Stripe's payment page does the same when you pay by card. They belong to Stripe, follow Stripe's privacy policy and are used for payment security, not advertising.
- Staff area: our staff area uses its own cookies, such as its sign in, which visitors never get.
Your browser also keeps a few small notes for this site, such as that you opened Day 1 free, so pages show the right thing. They are not used for tracking either.
Because we do not track you across websites or sell your information, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off here today. If we ever add advertising tools, we will update this page first and treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out.
Who else sees it
- Stripe processes payments, including one tap payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay. It receives what you enter on its payment page and emails your receipt.
- Cloudflare hosts the site, its database and the files for shop products. Like any host, it handles the technical details of each visit, such as your network address and browser, to deliver pages and protect the site.
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, so your browser asks Google for them when a page loads.
- Google hosts the online classroom for the live classes. When you join a class, Google handles the name you join with and your video, sound and chat in the classroom.
- Google also hosts our email, so messages you send to info@FRAMElogic.media pass through Google.
- Facebook hosts the members group if you choose to join it. What you post there also follows Facebook's policies.
- Resend, when we use it for our email, delivers our messages, such as your welcome email and password reset links, and passes the messages you send through our contact form on to our team.
- Video sites and shared folders: the coaching replays link for founding members, and a shop course lesson, may open a video site such as YouTube or Vimeo, or a shared folder. It opens on that site, in a new tab, under that site's own privacy policy.
- Our team sees what it needs to help you, such as class rosters and messages, and keeps it private.
- When the law requires it: we may share information if the law requires it, or to protect our students, our rights or the public.
- If FRAMElogic changes hands: your information may move to the new owner, who must keep using it as this page says.
We never sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Emails
We email you about your purchases and your classes, and Stripe emails your receipt when you pay. If you open Day 1 free, we may also send a few short emails about the academy and the shop. If you ask to hear about new shop products, we send a short email when something new is ready.
You can stop those emails any time on our unsubscribe page or by emailing us. Receipts and account emails still arrive. Your stop request stays on until you tell us you want our emails again. Signing up again on one of our forms does not undo it on its own, so write to us when you want them back.
How long we keep it
- Purchase records (orders, payments and refunds): 7 years, for tax and accounting.
- Checkouts you start but do not finish: 90 days, then deleted.
- Your account and your progress: until you ask us to delete it.
- Class bookings and download records: up to 7 years, with purchase records. If you delete your account, seats in classes already held stay with the purchase records.
- Contact form messages and password link requests: 2 years.
- Sign ups and saved spots: 2 years after your last sign up.
- Account activity: 12 months.
- Basic security data (spam limit counts and sign in attempts, kept under scrambled network and email addresses, or under your account number): each count lasts an hour or less, and it is deleted within a day after that. The scrambled network address kept with a checkout for a class seat or a founding spot is deleted within a day.
- Password links: when they expire, whether you used them or not.
- Sign ins: each one ends when you sign out, or after 90 days.
- Stop requests: we keep the email address on our do not email list, so your request keeps working, also after you delete your account. It stays on until you tell us you want our emails again.
When a time limit above runs out, those records are removed automatically. We may keep information longer if the law requires it or to resolve a dispute.
Your choices
- You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you and give you a copy, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your information.
- Deleting: ask us and we delete your account and what it holds within 45 days, along with your sign ups and messages. Purchase records stay for 7 years, for tax. Deleting your account ends your access to what you bought, including any class seat you have booked.
- Emails: to stop our emails about the academy and the shop, use our unsubscribe page or email us. Receipts and account emails still arrive.
- You can change your name and your password yourself, under Account in the members area.
- To ask, use the contact form or email info@FRAMElogic.media. We reply within 45 days. We may need to confirm it is you first, usually by writing to the email on your account.
No selling, no ad tracking
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. The site has no advertising cookies, no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no tool that follows you across other websites.
Children
FRAMElogic Academy is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you think a child under 13 has given us information, tell us and we will delete it. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to agree to our terms.
Minnesota's privacy law
Minnesota's Consumer Data Privacy Act (Minnesota Statutes, sections 325M.10 to 325M.21) took effect on July 31, 2025. It applies to businesses that handle the personal data of 100,000 or more Minnesota consumers in a year, or of 25,000 or more while earning more than a quarter of their revenue from selling personal data. It does not apply to small businesses as the US Small Business Administration defines them, except for a rule that no business may sell sensitive data without consent.
FRAMElogic is a small business, handles the personal data of far fewer than 100,000 Minnesota consumers a year, and does not sell personal data, so the Act does not apply to us today. We still honor every request under Your choices, for everyone.
Keeping it safe
Every page uses a secure connection. Passwords are stored only in scrambled form, the sign in cookie cannot be read by page scripts, card details never reach us, and only our team can open the admin. No system is perfect, so if a security problem ever affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this page, we post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we also tell our members by email.
