Refunds and rescheduling

Effective October 19, 2026

We want every member to feel good about what they bought. Here is exactly how refunds and class changes work.

Everything in the academy is paid upfront, at checkout. This page is part of our terms.

The 30 Day Track

Ask within 14 days of buying and we refund you in full. Use the contact form on our About page or email us at info@FRAMElogic.media.

Founding Member and Founding Lifetime

  • Ask within 14 days of buying and we refund you in full, as long as you have not attended your included Foundations class.
  • The FRAMElogic app is planned for early 2027. If it has not opened by June 30, 2027, any founding member can ask for a refund of everything they paid above the price of the 30 Day Track.

Saturday classes

  • Up to 7 days before your class, ask us and we refund you in full.
  • You can move your seat to another Saturday yourself, from your account, up to two times, until 24 hours before class.
  • Missed a class? Move your seat to a later Saturday from your account. It counts as one of your two moves.
  • If we ever cancel a class, you choose a new date (it does not use one of your moves) or a full refund.
  • The included Foundations seat in a founding membership can be moved the same way, but it is not refundable on its own.

Shop products

  • Ask within 14 days of buying and we refund you in full.
  • Files arrive the moment you pay, so a product with files to download works a little differently: the full refund applies as long as none of its files has been downloaded. That covers LUT packs, presets, templates, guides and any course that includes files.
  • A course with lessons only has nothing to download, so it is refunded in full within 14 days of buying.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. They usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Access to anything refunded ends when the refund is made.

If you paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay, the refund goes back to the card in that wallet.
