Terms
Effective October 19, 2026
These terms cover FRAMElogic.academy, the 30 Day Launch Track, the Saturday classes, the shop, the members community and the FRAMElogic app once it opens. FRAMElogic Academy is run by FRAMElogic LLC in Minnesota. By buying or using any of it, you agree to these terms.
We wrote them in plain words. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you buy and we will talk it through.
Who we are
- FRAMElogic Academy is run by FRAMElogic LLC, a Minnesota company at 9 Park Drive East, Circle Pines, Minnesota 55014.
- In these terms, "we," "us" and "FRAMElogic" mean FRAMElogic LLC and the people who teach for it. "You" means the person who buys or uses the academy.
- You can reach us by email at info@FRAMElogic.media or through the contact form.
- Our refunds and rescheduling page, our privacy page and our earnings note are part of these terms.
Who can join
- You need to be 18 or older to buy or open an account, or have a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you and stays responsible for your account.
- FRAMElogic Academy is not for children under 13.
Your account
- Your account is made with the email you use at checkout. After you pay, you set your password on the welcome page or from a link we send you.
- Please use your real name and an email you check. We use it for your receipts, your classes and help with your account.
- Your account is for you alone. Please do not share your sign in, the course, the PDF or classroom links.
- Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time, as our privacy page explains. Deleting it ends your access to what you bought.
Prices and payment
- Everything in the academy is paid upfront, at checkout. Nothing is billed later and nothing renews on its own. The only monthly price is the app's, after its included months, and you choose then whether to start it.
- Prices are in US dollars, and the price at checkout is the total you pay. The price shown when you buy is the price for that purchase. We may change prices for later purchases at any time. If a price is clearly a mistake, we will tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.
- You can pay by card, or in one tap with Apple Pay or Google Pay when your device offers it. Either way, the payment is processed by Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.
- Stripe emails your receipt.
- When you pay in one tap, Apple or Google share the name and email needed to set up your account.
- Each payment is first authorized and then confirmed. What you bought opens on your account once the payment is confirmed. If a payment does not go through, the order closes and any class seat or founding spot held for it is let go. If your bank shows a pending amount for a payment that did not go through, it drops off on its own.
- While you pay, we hold your class seat or founding spot for about half an hour.
- One checkout is open at a time for each thing you buy. If you start again, for example in a second tab, the earlier checkout closes. If the same thing is ever paid for twice, tell us and we refund the extra payment in full.
- One promo code works per purchase, and codes never combine. You enter a code on the card payment page. One tap payments have no code box, so if you have a code, choose Pay with card. Codes have no cash value and cannot be added after you pay.
- Upgrades: if you own the 30 Day Track or Founding Member and buy a bigger option, your earlier option's full price is taken off, and you see the upgrade price before you pay.
- Refunds and class changes follow our refunds and rescheduling page.
- If a charge is disputed with your bank, access to what it paid for ends, as it does with a refund. Please ask us first. A refund from us is usually faster.
Founding memberships and the app
- Founding prices are for the first 100 Founding Members and the first 50 Founding Lifetime members. They end January 15, 2027, at 11:59 PM Central, or sooner if the spots run out. After that, the track and the classes stay available at their regular prices.
- The first 100 counts every Founding Member and the first 50 counts every Founding Lifetime member, however they joined.
- Founding Member includes the full 30 Day Track, the members community, the coaching replays and one Foundations class seat. Founding Lifetime includes everything in Founding Member, plus 20% off every Saturday class and the app for life.
- The FRAMElogic app is planned for early 2027. If it has not opened by June 30, 2027, any founding member can ask for a refund of everything they paid above the price of the 30 Day Track.
- Founding Member includes the first 12 months of the app from the day it opens, then $15 a month for as long as you stay a member, if you choose to continue. Nothing is charged monthly until those 12 months are up, and you choose then whether to continue.
- Founding Lifetime includes the app for life, for as long as the app runs, with no monthly fee.
- Lifetime class savings are 20% off the regular price of each Saturday class.
- The app is still being built with our founding members, so what it includes may change from what we describe today.
- The included Foundations seat is booked from your account. It can be moved like any other seat, but it is not refundable on its own.
Saturday classes
- Classes run live in our online classroom at the times shown in Central time. A class runs even with one student.
- Your classroom link appears in your account the week of class. It is for you alone, so please do not share it.
- You can move your seat to another Saturday yourself, from your account, up to two times, until 24 hours before class.
- Missed a class? Move your seat to a later Saturday from your account. It counts as one of your two moves.
- If we ever cancel a class, you choose a new date (it does not use one of your moves) or a full refund.
- Rescheduling and refunds follow our refunds and rescheduling page.
- Revenue Multiplier and Scaling include a private follow up call within two weeks of class.
- In the hot seat, share only work you have the right to share. Please keep what other students share private.
Recordings and replays
- We record a class for member replays only when we say so at the start of that class. If you would rather not appear, you can keep your camera off and ask your questions in the chat.
- Hot seat work stays private. We do not put your hot seat work in a replay or share it outside the class without asking you first.
- Please do not record a class yourself or share any part of it.
- Coaching replays are for founding members and stay inside the academy.
The members community
- The members community is a private Facebook group today, and it moves into the app once the app opens. Joining is your choice, and if you join, Facebook's own terms apply to your use of Facebook.
- Be kind and helpful. No spam, no selling to other members without asking, and no sharing anyone's work outside the group.
- Post only what you have the right to share, and never anyone's private details.
- Advice from other members is their own, not ours.
- We may remove posts or members who break these rules.
The course and its materials
- You may use everything in the academy to learn and to run your own photography business, including the scripts, checklists and templates.
- You may not copy, resell or publish the course, the PDF, the class recordings or replays.
- We keep improving the lessons and files, so they may change over time.
Shop products
The shop sells our own LUT packs, Lightroom presets, templates, guides and short courses. When you buy one, this is the license, in plain words.
- Use the files in your own work and in the work you deliver to your clients.
- Do not resell, share or give away the files, and do not upload them anywhere others can get them, such as a shared drive, a group or another shop.
- Each purchase is for one person. If someone else on your team needs a product, they need their own purchase.
- LUTs and presets are a starting point. Results vary with your photos and footage, so expect to adjust them for each job.
- Courses in the shop follow the same account rules as the rest of the academy: they are for you alone, and you may not copy, resell or publish them.
- What you buy is kept in your account, under My library, whenever you sign in. We may update a product's files. When we do, the newer files replace the older ones in your library.
- Refunds for shop products follow our refunds page.
Who owns what
- The course, the lessons, the PDF, the scripts, checklists and templates, the class materials and replays, the shop products and everything on the site, including its photos, video, text and design, belong to FRAMElogic LLC.
- Buying gives you a license to use them as these terms say. It does not give you ownership.
- Your work stays yours. When you share photos or other work in a class or in the community, you let us show it there so we can teach with it. We use it anywhere else, such as on our site, only with your permission.
- You are welcome to say you studied with FRAMElogic Academy. Please do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we work with you or vouch for your business.
Using the academy fairly
Please do not:
- share your account, your sign in or your classroom links, or let someone else use them
- copy the site, the course or the shop in bulk, or use tools to collect them
- try to get around a payment, a lock, a limit or our security
- share lessons, replays or files outside the academy
- post or upload anything unlawful or hurtful, or anything you do not have the right to share
- use our materials to train software or AI models, or repackage them as your own course or product
If something breaks these rules, we may remove it. For a serious or repeated break, such as sharing the course or reselling shop files, we may close the account, and we will tell you why.
Not legal, tax or insurance advice
- The course talks about LLCs, taxes, insurance and the FAA Part 107 license because every new photography business meets them. What we teach is general education from our own work, not legal, tax, accounting, insurance or financial advice for your situation.
- Before you form a business, file taxes or buy insurance, talk with your own attorney, accountant and insurance agent.
- For drone work, follow the FAA's rules, which you can find at faa.gov.
- You are responsible for running your business safely and legally, including insurance, licenses (such as an FAA Part 107 license before any paid drone work) and taxes.
Results
We teach a proven process, but we cannot promise income or clients. Please read our earnings note, which is part of these terms.
What we promise
- We work hard to keep the academy accurate, useful and running. We keep every promise on our refunds page and in these terms.
- Beyond those, the academy, its lessons, classes, files and the app come as they are, as available, with no other promises or warranties. That means we do not promise they will suit every purpose, that the site or a class will never be interrupted, or that every detail fits the rules where you live.
- Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.
Liability
- Our total liability for any claim about the academy is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost income, lost clients or lost profits.
- These limits do not apply to anything the law does not allow to be limited.
Minnesota law and disputes
- Minnesota law governs these terms.
- If a disagreement comes up, we both first try to settle it by talking, for at least 15 days after one of us describes it in writing. An email is fine.
- If talking does not settle it, either of us may bring it in conciliation court (Minnesota's small claims court) if it is within that court's limit, or otherwise in the Minnesota district court for Anoka County.
The rest of the agreement
- These terms, our refunds and rescheduling page, our privacy page and our earnings note are the whole agreement between us about the academy.
- If a power or internet outage, severe weather or an emergency stops a class from running, we treat it as a class we cancelled.
- If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect.
- We send notices to the email on your account. You can reach us with the details below.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters to something you already bought, we will tell you by email first. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
