The fine print

Earnings note

Effective October 19, 2026

We teach a business, and how much any business earns depends on the person running it. Please read this before you buy.

When we say you can make money with your camera this month, we mean the plan is built to take you from practice to your first paid shoot in 30 days. How fast you get there depends on you and your market.

  • We do not promise any level of income, a number of clients or a date by which you will be paid.
  • Your results depend on your effort, your skills, your local market, how many agents you contact and how consistently you follow the plan.
  • When we say most of our students book their first paying shoot by week 3, that is true of the students who have finished the track so far. It is not a promise, and your own results depend on you and your market.
  • Student results and words on our site are shared with each student's permission.
  • Prices in the course and on our site, such as launch prices for your first shoots and the example quotes in the pricing calculator on our app page, are teaching examples. Set your own prices for your own market.
  • Starting a business has costs, like gear, editing, insurance, licenses and taxes. The track covers the basics, and you are responsible for the rules where you live.
  • What we teach about LLCs, taxes, insurance and the FAA Part 107 license is general education, not legal, tax or insurance advice. Our terms explain more.

This note is part of our terms.
